We aim to resolve concerns as quickly as possible. If we need to investigate further, we'll acknowledge your complaint within five working days and keep you updated throughout the process.

We'll work with you to reach a fair resolution and will confirm the outcome in writing. If you're not satisfied with our response, please let us know.

We aim to provide a final response within eight weeks. If this isn't possible, we'll explain the delay and keep you informed of the next steps. If you are dissatisfied with our final response or 8 weeks have passed since you raised your concerns, you can take your case to The Motor Ombudsman (TMO).
